Let us fervently hope not. Regardless of religious belief or lack thereof, this is way beyond the pale. This is criminal behavior made legal.

I actually perceive an ever growing trend towards people in various industries and occupations examining themselves and others similarly situated to see how they can behave more ethically and self-police their members better.
I suggest a more thorough study of history. Compared to business and political practices that were common in the past even in this country, today looks pretty good. And compared to most nations (there are those at our level or higher) today, we look pretty good.

Not to say that there isn't always a countervailing trend towards corruption.
Yup. What surprised me about the SHOCK! about accounting and business practices after the dot-bomb crash was there was shock. During booms, businesses float high. During crashes, the rats come into the daylight and try to desert the sinking ship.

Obviously, killing another human being in order to harvest that person's organs is monstrous. Capitalism in China seems to be running amok
Yeah. And the worst victims are likely the Chinese people themselves. But with their form of gov't, there is little they can do.
