Not a totally unheard of set of circumstances in world events. Abe Lincoln did a lot of things in the 1860's that would have many on this board squealing worse than stuck hogs. His place in U.S. history is secure despite all the complaints and whining in his day.

Luckily, we don't have anything recent to compare with the conditions in Pakistan.
