The failed social experiment called the "war on drugs." We tried to create a utopia by law. Utopia doesn't get generated by law very well. It would work better if we managed to get rid of the humans. They seem to botch up perfection. This attempt to force utopia by law can't possibly work. In fact, after dumping billions of dollars into the project for decades, there are now more drug users and drugs in the US than before we started this "war." When do you think we should we stop wasting the money? Please see leap.cc
