Looks really interesting. I'm not into Eliott, I see it breaking long term support (tested 4 times previously) at 42-44. I also agree on the fundamentals.

I think this is a ripe sector, both to play overall economic weakness and as a specific play against rising transportation fuel expenses. SAIA is another, and it's relatively weaker in recent months:
