Who created the problem, go there solve it. Look to the Horn of Africa in the map, doesn't strike you as an "strategic" point? Yes, during the Cold War the friends of the US were protected. Cold War gone, no need for strategic partner, place degenerated. Why do you think Lula and the Chinese go to Africa? To avoid this type of situation to repeat ever again. Need to develop their won resources, Need water, telecommunications and road projects. Look to Pakistan right now. If they need a "navy" tomorrow who you will blame? The BRICs? Who is trying to stop the gas pipeline between India and Iran across Pakistan? Is it any BRIC? Doesn't strike you the fact that creating a flare point in Pakistan stops the gas pipeline? You need some lessons and geo-politics. Flare points around the world are creating artificially by countries try to profit from them. Wake up Snowshoe!
