See Harry Reid's abuse of power letter and Rush selling it on eBay.

We were talking about bureaucrats, you know, the civil service. Of course elected officials abuse power. But I spent a lot of time doing studies and investigations of bureaucrats and I am confident something like that would be an anomaly. I say that having done said work for the EPA.

You can't make policy based on anomalies. You deal with anomalies as peripheral matters.
