Oh definitely! Apple's execution was far better than anything I imagined. Funny thing is, what I wanted at the time was for Apple to just take over responsibility for their retail presence. They were getting creamed at the point of presence with ill kept displays and poor follow through from floor people. However, when I started to write it, I said, "They'll never do that! They're afraid they'll piss off the retailers." So, the alternative was to create a retail franchise under the Apple brand, which could still happen by the way. Take the current number of Apple retail stores and multiply by 3 to get an idea of what a franchise operation could do to the numbers in as many years. All the while, Apple would be pulling in fat franchise fees to add to the bottom line.

Yup, it is more than I ever hoped for, and I believe there's a lot more to come.
