Google went with desktop extension, which is netware in disguise.

Novl went with the baggage of Suse(slackware fork and more).

In the end, Netware will be desktop extensions? And Suse will be simplified.

Eric was right

Take the money and run. What you saw with the good ole boys engineering his departure was the triumph of mediocrity over intelligence. Eric wasn't a corporate politician. In the end Novell got what it deserved. And as for Romney, just forgettabout it.
