Sheridan? I used to live in an apartment on Kenmore at the lake. Top floor, no A/C allowed (building wiring couldn't handle the electric load). Lovely view but it got to over 110 degrees in the unit on the hottest days. Had 4 fans in the 4 windows, 2 blowing in and 2 blowing out, trying to get it down to the 90 degree outside temperatures. Lost a LOT of weight that summer (plus all candles!) and wore a 3 piece suit in the office because the A/C felt so cold. :) Went back a few years ago. They "rehabbed" that high rise and sold the units since then. It appeared the building still had no A/C so the folks who bought on the top floor probably got shafted.
