How typical of Ted to credit some Democrat with the breakthrough. I think Richardson is a fine guy and much better than Carter, but let's give credit where credit is due. Yes - he's so "sensitive" being independent and all about any dem. There's a lot of credit to go around when you act jointly with all the neighbors and attempt to address their issues. If anything it's yet another example of Bush not playing partisan politics and using every resource available. Let's hope this time NK is playing the part of a good actor - trust but verify.
