I'm not the smartest guy in the world, but if you would ask me I would have to say that GS is the PPT...How else could they make money when everyone else is getting pummeled. At a time in history when we needed a man of vision and smarts we had GWB. Ouch. Globalization is good for mankind but destroyed America. The greatest middle class of all time is disappearing overseas as outsourcing led to that demise. Free trade, the Internet, Financial engineering all played their parts too. So what I'm saying is that Americas market are no longer transparent when we have the Govt. playing politics with the MArkets. i.e. Govt. buying of stocks. In all my years of trading I've never seen so many events have so little natural effect on the Markets. Crude at $95 no problem, Gold at $825 no problem, Housing busted no problem, Credit Crunch no problem, Dollar tanking, no inflation no problem. Ok ...so what would be a PROBLEM??........... JMHO
