I agree it is probably the initial reset. The different ARMS have different adjustment schedules, making tracking after the initial reset nearly impossible.

Chancel's LIBOR post this morning disturbs me. Aren't many of the ARM's tied to LIBOR? If LIBOR continues to go up as the fed cuts we may end up with the worst of all worlds.
