if i am remembering correctly you talked about going to war with the soviets right after WW2. I dont want to go back and argue that again. I dont think the pro-pal revisionism leads to holocaust denial in the west. I dont believe the roots of this is anti-semitism but anti-colonialism and imperialism with the US and Israel being deemed the current members of the hall of shame. Truth is for the historians to sort out. For politicians its the art of the possible or the doable.. If there could be a genuine peace in the middle east, i suspect you would be planting a big kiss on abbas' cheek as you held your nose and walked toward the brand new Yasir Arafat museum of Tolerance and Understanding.

re multi culturalism.... Nadine i have enjoyed your last few posts! ........except for your views on multiculturalism and the media. To begin with I might point out that jewish people have been beneficiaries of liberal multiculturalism as much as anyone else. re.the West is assumed to be worse and the non-West is immune from judgement in the liberal media. It is true is that the liberal media holds the west to a higher standard...and that is ,in general ,a good thing!JMHO But to say the non west(what ever that may be ) is immune from judgement in the liberal media is just plain silly. In fact one can more easily say that in the conservative media it is americas non west allies that are immune,in part,from critisism...ie pakistan...saudi arabia...turkey
