If Baker were given the power to ban as part of a "spam control" all of us on this thread would be gone. 1. And the site would be gone. Not a desirable outcome from the owner's POV. He's proven his penchant to ban and ignore. So you don't think he'd be given a warning with the powers? 2. Do you know what powers he or Cheeky REALLY have? I don't? Got proof? He does whine to SI Admin a lot. It's his 2nd career. That was after screwing up US relations with most African countries.
