Deflationists are as stubborn (and perhaps even dumber?) as the typical Californian who thought his house was going up 15% a year until they retire. I guess folks place their chips and believe it is their god given right to be proved correct.. At least the typical CA homeowner has his period in the sun from time to time and wins big in that cycle. I see you still have one deflation groupie from the past still hanging on this board to torture us sort of like that addicted junkie you see sitting on a street corner in need of attention from you as you pass him by..
