I get 1 bolt every 3 years, probably something to do with exercise (stopped for 6 months ;0/, and so I am now punished), reflexology, garlic pills, and generally sunny outlook.

I do rev up the exercise whenever my stress level go up, but with a lag, and now needs to do so again, else will start making mistakes more frequently.

On the Coconut, at 37 months young, just got her first phone call from one of her two boy friends, ruben, and she did all the usual phone conversation poses perfectly.

Funny.

I used to get colds/flu quite often, but I can't remember when I last had a bout. It must have been about 5 years ago. Actually your immune system gets stronger as you age (until you get really old and things start to fall apart). Every time you have an infection you are left with an increased number of the T cells that were mobilized to fight it (T cells are specific for different bugs). This immune system memory grows over time.
