The last time there was such a strong move from the dollar, it wound up pretty ugly.

The thing that truly amazes me is that prior to Smirk, this would have been totally unimaginable...

U.S. stocks moved toward a sharply lower open and bonds jumped Wednesday after the dollar sank further amid speculation that China will seek to diversify some of its foreign currency stockpiles to other currencies such as the euro.

The dollar is cratering......all of Bush's bad habits are coming back to haunt us.
