You're talking about national govts. Yes, most of them supported us going after the Taliban - though Iraq's didn't. I don't think NK or Iran's did either.

However there were lots of Muslims in the street who were overjoyed about it. I recall seeing Palestinians dancing in celebration, reading of Egyptians, Saudis and other Muslims who were overjoyed at the attack.
