OK. Then what if I grant you that adding an extra 1-2 million barrels of oil of supply per day would be good for prices. Wouldn't also you agree that cutting demand by 10-11 million barrels a day would have a MUCH bigger impact on prices? Wouldn't you also agree that it would get us MUCH further down the path towards energy independence?
