Pretty provocative post by Slider here (especially the part about the trains at the end): Message 24036367 Throw in the following: 1) Cheney's recent comments about how Iran will never get a nuke 2) The recent willingness of the Chinese to sell dollars in the Fx 3) The unwillingness of the administration to reopen the SPR with oil pushing 100 (I agree with them on this BTW) 4) The tendency of the US to start wars (since 1990) in Jan-March. What would war in Iran do to the crude, gold, Forex and equity markets? Discuss amongst yerselves, but i'm buying the first 3 and selling the last.
