You can fire commercial enterprises but can only deal with a tyrannical government by removing it or departing from its jurisdiction.

Those anomalies tend to be either criminals or weirdos. The latter are your concern and I understand it. The biggest constraint in dealing with the weirdos is union law. ..."


You are correct that civilizations will always harbor people who refuse to work towards the common good. You treat this phenomenon as if it is an anomaly. I believe that far more people are motivated by self interest than by the collective good. The most effective way of harnessing self interest is in commercial enterprises and not government.
