do you believe that it would make providing medical care for a fee a felony? "I recognize the desire of some to eliminate extra-system medical care and understand the reasons for it. But, no, I don't believe that would fly, at least not longer than a trial period." Since it was one of the most hated provisions of Hillary Care I, she has not mentioned it in the first stages of implementing Hillary Care II (the revenge). If she could push through the parts that sound populist, she would need to push through the draconian parts to keep the system afloat.
