In Europe only France and Finland build nukes now with Estonia and other "New" Europe countries having plans as well.
That reactor in Finland is built by German Siemens. Germany mentioned, existing nukes on plan to be switched off, definitely no new nukes and with fossile fired plants off as well - we must reduce CO2 output! - Germany is heading for an interesting power crunch.
