Yep the Arabs want to be part of Israel and Jews are leaving Israel. That is the part of the dirty little secret of the negotiations.

East Jerusalem is a special case, since it was annexed by Israel. Palestinians there can apply for Israeli citizenship. Palestinians of East Jersualem want nothing to do with the PA and fear being given to it.

This still doesn't make a lot of sense. Since East Jerusalem was annexed in 1967, and the EJ Pals allegedly want nothing to do with the PA, why in the world didn't 99% of them apply for Israeli citizenship in, say, 1968?
