LOL! My wife once had a job peeling potatoes with a machine like that for a small lefsa plant. Lefsa is like a Norwegian taco.

She bought me a pocket watch with some of her wages. I call it my three thousand pound watch because that's how many potatoes she had to peel to buy it.
