folks just don't get it ..

Inflation is simply the rate of growth of the number of dollars that exist.

Automobiles that get in excess of 50mpg should be considered as investments in hard assets.

specially if you can get that 0% financing

I'm ready for more interest rate cuts. Hopefully, we can avoid a Japan style interest rate environment.
