Hugh Philips is actually Huge Peabrain. The Democrats stopped a crook from getting the job and he thinks Dumbyasshole ought to take the credit for not letting the crook get past him!

EDIT : I noticed that it was other idiot, Don Rhodes, who said it. But then Huge Peabrain did fully agree with Don. So I'll let my statement stand.
