"Snopes provides more context, but the context doesn't change the meaning." The context makes a big difference. Out of context, things are very open to interpretation, and the spin Harris et al have put on them is very different than what the quotes mean in context. "Putting them in context might make them a slightly milder statement but their still all about expanding government control." Pretty much all of the candidates are talking about more government control. So she is no different in that respect. Still doesn't make her my favorite candidate by a long shot.
