Dinesh and I are talking about downside risk. I believe downside risk at this point is minimal, meaning their is a remote probability of it going down significantly from here. That's not a dopey idea. Take a look at historical prices and PEs, as Sonki pointed, Cisco is on a fire sale right now. These market jitters are providing a great entry point opportunity for folks who wanted to get in at a good price. And that's true not just for Cisco. Long term investors are licking their chops right now. Fear on the street is exactly when you should be buying quality name stocks.
