"hbm will have to show their books - the courts are demanding it. "

Well, actually CAA is demanding it, not the courts.

The case has been adjourned Sine Die as of Oct 23. This means that the parties have decided to try to reach an agreement outside the court. There will be no further court involvement unless CAA requests to have the case reactivated. I would assume that CAA will not be satisfied unless they receive some detailed list of revenues and costs.

Its interesting to look at a chart. There was unusual volume and the start of a price rise on the day that the hearing was adjourned. Clearly some have better information than others.
