Tiny scale this trade agreement with Peru. The opportunity lost was a trade agreement encompassing the whole western hemisphere; from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego. T that scale things would look interesting. Like the EU now. Need to scale this up real good. But with the politicos talked about the "sucking sound of jobs going south" it didn’t happen. Well, the jobs in question, for all practical purposes, were already condemned to disappear. Why worry about them?
