Um, well, based on casual hasty squint 'n guess view of charts, yes ... ten per cent only takes those three back to where they were a few days ago, no big deal ... but i'd like to take that comment back, hadn't seen the late-day tankola in broad markets at that point, think now there's maybe more chance of general weakness early next week, and it could rub off some on us ... notice we didn't get an october surprise, wouldn't it come as a surprise if They held it in november - there has to be a retrace in gold, it's just a matter of when and from what level ... doesn't matter, this would only keep its chart healthy, PMs are the place to be for months out yet

agi.to - 5.98, amarksp you called it spot-on

ngx.to - strongest of all friday, think it might belong in the mr/wgi/epm class

ng.to - didn't make a new high, would have but for weakness elsewhere ... i don't hold it and don't intend to, but to answer your question the other day - yes i think advancements in major projects like this make for fresh infusions of cash into our part of the sector ... the earlier projects are financed by speculators willing to accept higher perceived risk, that's us, and as they get developed and trade up out of their discount, there comes more and more into the stock a class of punters who would describe themselves as 'investors', willing to pay much more for what they see as lower risk ... which relative lowness may be be a little misguided imho, but never mind - the original speculators cash up at significant profit and move down the food chain to far cheaper ounces/pounds of metal ... suppose some ng.to players decided they still liked the Galore Creek area, well quite nearby there is Copper Fox and Romios, who benefit from infrastructure too, but the big thing imho is that cash mostly enters the 'top' of the chain, filters down to us in surges
