Its a very different city now." Obviously since I was there in 1998 I (believe it or not Ted) was aware that the wall had come down. "I was in Europe for six months in 1985 or 1986. However I have been there since then for shorter periods of time. Again, I don't think Europe is perfect; however, they have some things that I consider beneficial and would like to see introduced into this country. Europe is not our enemy.....its societies are closer to us than any other with the notable exception of AU and NZ." I'm not trying to convince you that Europe is not a nice place....I love it there myself. I was simply trying to establish when you were there to compare what you have commented about it with what I had seen. You seem unwilling for some reason to be more specific about when you were there on some of your trips. So be it.
