There is no reason NMC cannot succeed as it is a matter of waiting for audits and to see how much precious metals they can recover or sell from Skull Valley - you should arrange a visit sometime and see the on-site plant and laboratory facilities, which to my untrained eye looked impressive from the pictures. In time, there should be some fruition from their other properties, which they hold 100% mineral rights to as well. End of subject.
