Yeah, I read it. Crooks ALL OVER the world are going to China to scam for money. There knows no limit for the stupidity of some local Chinese. The Gov. should put HEAVY tax on this kind of transaction on BOTH giving and receiving sides and give those money to the poor Chinese farmers!

HK newspaper said Zhou XiaoChuan has been transferred, heading the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Shang Fulin will take over as the head of Chinese CB.
