I think we had a "baked potato" discussion about a year ago, maybe on the Recipe Thread. I got several instructions and can't remember if I ever had success with it. But, I don't even think about it anymore since I can buy twice baked frozen potatoes and have them ready to eat in a couple minutes.

I don't have half the appetite I did even 5 years ago. Living alone, I eat when I'm hungry. Mostly Lean Cuisine meals, or similar. Never more than twice a day. I don't do much in the way of pots and pans cooking at all. I grill outside when weather permits. Several breasts, or pork chops or burgers, then freeze them for later use. I recently discovered single servings of frozen veggies, which I've gone to big time. Works for me.
