Toggle bonds are back in style, at least for a while. The normal idea behind investing in bonds is receiving a stream of interest payments commensurate with risk. Toggle bonds allow the payments to be more bonds. This is just another example of a financial perpetual motion device that is doomed to failure like all perpetual motion devices.
