The FED is just trying to hold the other shoe until after the elections. The collapse happened and we are beyond it. It is ust to dwan in the minds of the populace and the electorates.

What we've been witnessing are homeopatic doses of collapse to prepare the minds of the populace and the electorates. Untill slowly and steadily they are themselves persuaded that collapse has happened.

You can see there's people still hoping for a 'flight to quality'
