There is never any shenanigans in the real estate market. <G> A lot of this reminds me of a wildebeest who spots lions and tries to sneak away before he tells the rest of the herd.

But the market is also very funny. In some areas you can't give places away. In others, it is still a sellers' market. Of course, the same is true in the stock market. Even in the Depression, a few stocks were up from their highs in 1928. If you owned those, you probably went to prison after Joe Kennedy set up the SEC. <G>
