Passing a degree shows you have the consistency and determination to finish an educational course, it is not proof of intelligence.

I don't pretend to be an expert on assessing British Degrees. But a Harvard MBA is the equivalent of the best "passing out first" you could get in your country. You don't get into the Harvard MBA program unless you are smart.

Blast Bush all you want. But you make a fool of yourself if you fall for the "Bush the Idiot" line.
