Perhaps so. But then it should be systematic and fair. There has been, for quite some time, very strong suspicions that presidential press conferences include planted questions from members of the media.

Not a lot of difference from the friendly questions from friendly reporters at presidential press conferences.

Minor stuff. Mostly because it's assumed.

And presidential press conferences are government functions, paid for with tax dollars. Campaign appearances are quite different.
