CB may mean that one would have to have a certain mindset trader type of guy to go for six houses...

Not really. I have a lot of clients with two houses who bought the second house for their brother or sister, who don't have good credit, and, reading between the lines might not even be legal. Family sticks together, and if one goes down, they all go down.

So I extrapolate from that.

From now on I am going to ask clients to tell me the name of their mortgage broker.

I get a lot of clients from zip code 20111, 20112, 20113, and of the three most from 20111, also a lot from 22191-22194. One guy told me there are four foreclosure properties on his one block.

I wonder whether one mortage broker sold all the loans, or one appraiser appraised high. I'd really like to know.
