...You are attempting to establish a military link to civilian technologies where none necessarily exists. Certain the DOD gets the research dollar first


The DOD spent Billions building a network of low orbit satellites. GPS is purely a military technology that has had serendipitous civilian benefits.

There is no such thing as GPS without U.S. DOD satellites. It's 100% a U.S. military program. The mighty U.S. Armed Forces in action.

Period.
