My bad, and if you want less "redundant information" posted on this board, then respond to the merits of, or lack of, in regards to the posts submitted. You are silent about my opinion that the facts posted by paunch13 and DESERTDIRT are given as official without any route for verification. Have you obtained the same "back door" information, and as a shareholder want it true? Gosh I want it true also, but know another possibility exist that this type of information is given as a ruse by Maxam to keep at bay shareholders knowledge of what Maxam has and is really doing to lessen or make worthless share value. How much simpler can it be, no accountability from Maxam spells DANGER. Doug
