I don't know.......it just came to me........but I think these anti-American movies these Hollywood types are making is their way of getting back for all of the embarrassment they suffered at the hands of the House Un-American Activities Committee all those years ago. They cannot, nor will they ever forget how they were outed, and were made to suffer that humiliation and shame. They were probably most concerned about how their leaders in Europe would chastise them for being so careless. The were forced underground and became uninspired union drones or followed instructions and went into the field of teaching. And that must have been exciting to them because in the halls of education they excelled at propagandizing. They had a captured audience all to themselves, behind closed doors and for awhile almost 100% immune from outside scrutiny as long as their boss's were in on it too. Both in teaching and unionizing. The Iraq war must have been an unbelievably welcome catalyst for the communists of California. It emboldened them, and gave them strength and purpose. Like the VN war, they were hoping that a majority of Americas would join them and their cause and come out by the millions to join them in their protest. Which would, of course, enhance their chances of winning more elections. They must have been peeing their pants when the war started, and so very, very excited and eager to implement their new plan. Here was their opportunity........handed to them like a winning lottery ticket.........and they weren't going to spare any expense to get their message out. And LOL it has all backfired on them. Back to the drawing board. No, ye card-carrying members of the Hollywood left: All your "explanations" are dead wrong.
