It was the group that the Bushies wanted to put together to eliminate it retroactively if Bush won the popular vote in 2000 but not the electoral vote. They were going to find a bunch of Democrats that they could get to go on TV and agree with them, and call them Democrats for Democracy.

I would too, provided that the electoral vote was eliminated in all states at the same time, well in advance of an election. The group in California, funded by Darrell Issa, among others, just wants to do it in CA.
