Of course he is accountable for his nominations and AGAIN which part of HE DIDN'T GET THE JOB don't you understand? The point was, is and always will be the reputation of the man at the time of the nomination. He was endorsed by some measures gushingly by members of both parties. It is a fricking non issue by anyone remotely fairminded...do you not get such a simple concept?....I realize it knocks most of your dearly held theories in a cocked-hat(where they belong)...but you are wrong, have been wrong, and donuts gets you dollars you will always be wrong. You can not be that thick and walking the streets safely.
