Clinton. Carter got Begin and Sadat to quit fighting. Clinton gave cigars a bad name and was lucky enough to be after Reagan and Bush Sr. and before 9/11. Other than that, he has nothing. Who will win as the worst President, Carter or Clinton?

I'm not sure how Bush II doesn't make that list. I'm afraid that the table has been set for a return to the Carter years and thats on Bush.

I was watching this clip on Atlanta's water supply and did not realize it was that bad down there. Wow! But when the clip got to some clown who is living alone and is using 440K gallons of water a month I was stunned. That is simply UFB in the middle of a draught and should be criminalized. yahoo.com
