Ted it was all over the place. "Bush doesn't spend enough on education", "Bush doesn't care", "Bush slashing programs" (when it turns out that the "slash" is a small decrease in the rate of a planned increase).

The link you posted is to an article that I posted which pointed out that he was slashing spending in medicare for the elderly and the poor to pay for the war.

The areas he was "expanding spending on" were of little benefit to the people of the US and were more about the war and its promotion. And you wonder why the left complained?
