i believe he is saying , the guy performed while he worked for me. i had no idea about his other activities. I cannot tell you how many times ,perhaps ten, people at work that were discovered stealing.. the most trusted, best workers and friendliest.. It seems it's those who gain your confidence that let you down the most. A major reason to have lots of checks and balances in the work place to avoid big time problems. I do not see Kerik problem a reflection on Rudy. however his trial will be next year during the campaign. dems will use it big time.
